Lung Yin Yen (Dragon Refuge Crag) with
its numerous carvings is also called “Tablet Forest.” Those on
the ceilings, known as “celectial carvings,” involved gigantic
effort. There are 2,000 cliff sculptures and carvings in Kweilin,
all of inestimable value to research into China’s ancient history.
