    Unfortunately i don't have any earlier pictures. As these would be pre revolution they wouldn't meet the criteria of this blog. But thanks for noticing the images i have posted.

  3. Does anyone know the approximate value of the book/calendar with was published by the Foreign Lanhuages Publishing House in Moscow ( 1947). I have a couple of them and simply interested. Thanks,

  5. That is a great photo of the open-hearth building in Stalingrad. I made a Pinterest page--"Stalingrad's Metallurgicheskiy Zavod Krasnyi Oktyabr"--of such photos. That building figured strongly in the Soviet defense there.
